Pumpkin Exploration

It is just a little past Halloween and we never got to actually carving our pumpkins. We were a little busy at a wedding that weekend and time slipped away. So this past week we decided it was time to explore the pumpkins with Ella. While they were out on the front stoop Ella was trying to pick them up. It was hilarious! She had perfect form for the big one. She squatted down low, wrapped her arms around it and tried to lift with her legs! It even came with a big grunt and umpf! After a few failed attempts I helped her pick up the big one and she had no problem picking up the little one by herself. We took a good video of her looking at the seeds and deciding if she liked the slimy stuff on the inside!
